Shipping and Returns Policy
Please double check the address you entered to make sure it is transmitted correctly. Especially if you are sending merchandise as a gift. Wear Now Do cannot be held responsible for incorrectly shipped merchandise due to wrong shipping addresses.
If you realize you have mistyped the shipping address BEFORE the item ships, please send our customer service team a message and we’ll be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. Thank you for your understanding!!
Free shipping on ALL U.S. domestic merchandise purchases over $50.00 (excluding taxes). Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to arrive.
Domestic Returns and Exchanges:
Wear Now Do strives to deliver your merchandise error free, but we understand that sometimes mishaps occur.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com within 14 days from the shipping date and we will be happy to exchange the item or refund the purchase amount. Apparel items that have been washed, worn, or original tags removed may not be returned or exchanged.
Candles must be returned in their original packaging with no evidence of use. Please note that it is possible for some candles to develop "frosting". This is common with candles made from 100% soy wax during the fall and winter months. Additionally, some candles also develop clear "wet spots" as a result of colder temperatures experienced during shipping. The good news is that this will not effect the candle burn or scent throw. Wear Now Do does not issue exchanges or refunds for “frosting” or “wet spots” as this is a normal trait of soy wax candles.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and complies with our returns policy, Wear Now Do will refund you by your original payment method. The payment will be processed within 5 business days. Please minimally wait this time before you contact us with an outstanding refund request.
US Domestic Returns:
Return or exchange shipping charges you incur are not refundable. Wear Now Do will not accept shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. We can not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
Packages must be returned prepaid by the customer. The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the mail.
